Shenzhen Lingjie Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to Zorflo Assistant (the "App"). The App is primarily used to connect compatible game controllers, adjust controller settings, and perform controller firmware upgrades at your request.
Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
To provide controller connection, configuration, and firmware upgrade features, the App may process the following information when you use the relevant features:
1. Bluetooth and Nearby Device Information. The App uses Bluetooth to scan for, connect to, and manage compatible game controllers. The information processed may include the controller name, Bluetooth address or device identifier, connection status, signal strength, and device model. This information is used only to discover and connect controllers, identify compatibility, retain connection status, and manage devices. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
2. Controller Configuration and Usage Settings. When you adjust button mapping, joystick sensitivity, trigger parameters, vibration intensity, lighting effects, or other control settings, the App processes the configuration you set. By default, these settings are stored locally on your device or written to the connected controller to provide configuration and restoration features.
3. Firmware Upgrade Information. When you choose to upgrade controller firmware, the App may process the controller model, hardware version, current firmware version, target firmware version, upgrade status, and upgrade result to identify an available firmware package and complete the upgrade. If a firmware package must be downloaded from our servers, the necessary information may be transmitted over the network. We use it only to provide, maintain, and improve firmware upgrade services.
4. Diagnostics and Troubleshooting Information. To maintain stable operation of the App, when a crash or error occurs, or when you voluntarily report an issue, we may process diagnostic information such as device model, operating system version, App version, crash logs, error codes, and controller connection status. This information is used only to identify and resolve issues and improve the product experience; it is not used to identify you or for advertising or marketing.
5. Information You Voluntarily Provide. When you contact us through customer support channels, you may provide your name, email address, issue description, screenshots, log files, or other necessary information. We use this information only as necessary to handle your inquiry, complaint, suggestion, or after-sales support request.
To provide relevant features, the App may request the following system permissions:
· Bluetooth or Nearby Devices permission: to scan for, connect to, and manage game controllers;
· Local Network permission, where applicable: to discover related devices or services on the same local network;
· Network access permission: to check for and download firmware packages and obtain necessary service information;
· Storage/File access permission, where applicable: to download, read, or import firmware packages and export diagnostic logs.
We request only the permissions necessary when you use the corresponding features. You may disable these permissions in your device settings, but some features may not function properly as a result.
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss.
Unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations, or necessary to resolve disputes or maintain system security, we retain relevant information only for as long as needed to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
You may delete locally stored configurations or related information as follows:
· Delete saved controllers or configurations in the App under Settings/Device Management;
· Uninstall the App to remove App data stored locally on your device;
· Contact us using the details in this Privacy Policy to request deletion of personal information we hold, if any.
We do not sell your personal information.
Unless we have obtained your separate consent or otherwise as required by applicable laws and regulations, we do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties.
If the App uses third-party services, such as crash analytics, cloud storage, customer support, or analytics services, we require those third parties to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and standards no less protective than those stated in this Privacy Policy, and to process it only as necessary to provide the relevant services.
The App is not primarily intended for minors. If you are a minor, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the guidance of your guardian before using the App.
If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without the consent of a guardian, we will take steps to delete the relevant information as soon as reasonably practicable.
To the extent provided by applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; withdraw permissions or consent you have granted; and make inquiries, complaints, or suggestions regarding our processing of personal information.
You may exercise these rights using the contact details in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy. We will process your request within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.
We may update this Privacy Policy based on changes in product features, laws and regulations, or business circumstances. The updated version will be published in the App or on our official website and will indicate its update date.
If an update materially affects your rights and interests, we will notify you through a pop-up, in-app notice, or other reasonable means.
